All applications/requests must align with the key assessment criteria outlined below:

• Requests must relate to an event that is nationally significant and/or significant within Queensland, or to an awareness campaign managed by a recognised organisation.

• Requests must be received 3 months prior to up-lighting commencement date, to allow for the approval process and scheduling.

• Any requests outside the assessment criteria must be approved by the CEO.
