Launch Pad is a creative stage for creative people.

The Studio at the Cairns Performing Arts Centre is set to be an incubator for fresh new creative work in Cairns.

Launch Pad provides a space where emerging artists can present a live performance on a professional stage with full technical support in a world-class venue.

Whether you’re a musician, comedian, dancer, performer, stand-up poet, or anything to do with the arts, we’d love to hear from you!

These events are FREE and provides a great platform to network with your creative community and local industry. So, bring all your friends and family, support other artists and grow your creative networks.

WALK-IN acts - please arrive between 3:00pm-3:40pm to register your performance on the day of the event. You will then be given a performance time on a first in -first served basis. ***Please be advised *** There are only a limited number of 'allocated' bookings made for each event date. We will get in touch with you to confirm if you have secured one of the three 'allocated' time slots closer to the event day.
