Fees for business sites

Payment is required within 10 working days of vendor approval.

Cancellations must be submitted to ecofiesta@cairns.qld.gov.au seven (7) days prior to the event for fee refund.

In the event of Ecofiesta being cancelled, all stallholder and vendor fees will be automatically refunded.
In the event of Ecofiesta being postponed, stallholder and vendor fees will be refunded upon requests made at least seven (7) days prior to the event.

There are no fees for not-for-profit stalls.
