Market Stall Sites (e.g., businesses and sole traders):

3m x 3m = $100
3m x 6m = $200

EV Vehicle Display - Florence Street road closure - (Marquees NOT provided)

Per Vehicle = $300 -

Exhibition Space (e.g., Government Agencies):

3m x 3m = $300
6m x 3m = $600

Non-Profit Stalls

Non-Profit Stalls will be provided a 3x3 Space free of charge.

NOTE: Marquees are provided for Market Stalls, Exhibition Space and Non-Profit Stalls, so you only need to bring your display/products.

Fees for Business Sites:
Payment is required within 10 working days of vendor approval. Cancellations must be submitted to ecofiesta@cairns.qld.gov.au at least seven (7) days prior to the event for a refund.

In the event Ecofiesta is cancelled, all stallholder and vendor fees will be automatically refunded.

If Ecofiesta is postponed, fees will be refunded upon request if submitted at least seven (7) days before the event.

If you are preparing or selling food or drink items at Ecofiesta, you must provide a current and applicable licence for your food and beverage operation to be considered for inclusion in Ecofiesta. If you do not have an applicable licence, you will need to obtain one to attend Ecofiesta. Contact ecofiesta@cairns.qld.gov.au for more information.
