Stallholder Application Form

This year’s Positive Ageing Expo will be held from 9:00am to 4:00pm and will feature a range of exhibitors, morning and afternoon tea sessions, and live entertainment at the Cairns Performing Arts Centre (CPAC).

If you would like to apply to be a stallholder, please complete the application form. Successful applicants will be notified by 13 July 2026.

NB: Please have a copy of your organisations Public Liability Insurance ready to upload with your application. 


EVENT & STALL HOLDER DETAILS

DATE: Friday 21 August 2026 

TIME: Positive Ageing Expo, 9am to 4pm 

Morning Tea Session: Live entertainment, 10am - 11am, Morning Tea served from 11am - 12noon

Afternoon Tea Session: Live entertainment, 2pm - 3pm, Afternoon Tea served from 3pm - 4pm 

VENUE: Cairns Performing Arts Centre (CPAC), Cnr Florence and Sheidan St, Cairns

STALLS: There are limited sites available, so your submission may not be accepted. 

All stalls are: 

  • 2m x 2m

  • One table (1.8m) and two chairs 

  • No power is available 

  • Your booth allocation within the venue will be allocated by Council officers - requests for particular locations are not permitted.

Pre and Post Event Information

SETTING UP YOUR BOOTH

  • Your booth can be setup at the Cairns Performing Arts Centre foyer on Thursday 20 August between 1pm and 4pm. 

  • All booths must be ready for operation by 8:30am on Friday 21 August.

EVENT DAY

  • Your stall location will be allocated by Council staff prior to the event.

  • Please note, theatre entertainment and lunch is only for senior patrons who have booked tickets. 

  • Access to the venue will be monitored by Council staff and all stallholders must move as directed by Council staff.

PACKING UP YOUR BOOTH

  • Please do not depart your stall prior to 4pm on Friday 21 August.

  • Packing up of stalls will take place between 4pm to 5pm.

  • Stallholders are responsible for removal of rubbish and the event area must be left as it was found.
