Thank you for volunteering your time to help pack the Mayor's Christmas Cheer Hampers. Come dressed in something festive for your chance to win prizes.

Please wear enclosed shoes and comfortable clothes.

Please be advised that due to workplace health and safety this event is not suitable for children under 14 years of age. Those aged 14 -17 years may actively engage in the volunteer process when accompanied by the adult named on this form.

Morning tea and drinks will be provided from 10am.

I will be availabile to attend from 10.30am for the briefing.
Packing may be for as long as you can be available from 10.30am to 1pm
